What's wrong? A pump station on Dwyer Road in Milford has only been mowed once this year. Neighbours have been trying to mow the grass but it is difficult because there are piles of gravel around the area.

Who is responsible? The city's municipal operations department.

Remarks: A department service representative said a work order will be issued and the situation will be assessed.
