Saint John police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on a warrant in connection to a robbery earlier this year.

In a media release, police say 42-year-old Heather Tufts is wanted in relation to the robbery of a convenience store on the city’s east side back on Jan. 4, 2024. The arrest warrant for Tufts was issued March 22.

“Police have made a number of attempts to locate Tufts without success,” police stated in the release.

Tufts is described as 5’6”, with blue eyes and short blond hair.

The public is warned not to approach Tufts. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saint John Police Force at 1-506-648-3333, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or 1-800-222-T.I.P.S.
