Canada Goose releases hoodie in support of Polar Bears International

The PBI Hoodie looks as cuddly as a hug from a polar bear.

Knowing we can’t be giving polar bears hugs, the warm and cozy feeling comes from the sweatshirt’s organic cotton and the knowledge that 100 per cent of the proceeds from the sale of each hoodie supports the wellbeing of these snuggly-looking arctic animals.

Canada Goose and Polar Bears International (PBI) first teamed up in 2007 to raise awareness and funds for PBI’s work. 

PBI is the only conservation organization dedicated exclusively to wild polar bears. The charity comprises conservationists, scientists and volunteers ­who are on a mission to support a future for polar bears across the Arctic. Learn more about PBI’s research, team and impact on its website.

Canada Goose launched the limited-edition PBI Hoodie to celebrate the brand’s first creative director, Colombian-born French designer Haider Ackermann.

Activist and actor Jane Fonda joined the campaign to support the cause as part of her dedication to education on environmental, cultural and social issues.
