Man dead in crash outside Oromocto: police
RCMP say vehicle crossed centre line, left roadway and crashed into trees Friday morning

Police say a 39-year-old man from Burton is dead after his car left the roadway and crashed into trees in Sheffield, just outside Oromocto, on Friday morning.
He died at the scene at the side of Route 105, RCMP said in a news release. He was the only one in the vehicle.
Police said they believe he was travelling west at about 8:30 a.m. when he crossed the centre line and left the roadway.
A collision reconstructionist and the New Brunswick Coroner’s Office is investigating what happened, and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death, police said.
