Man wanted on Canada-wide warrant

Saint John police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 34-year-old man after a Canada-wide warrant was issued for his arrest.

Police noted in a media release Curtis Furlotte is wanted for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. Furlotte, police state, failed to report to the Community Correctional Centre in Saint John as directed.

Described as 5’7, 140lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes, Furlotte has a number of tattoos including the word Furlotte on his right leg, three skulls in the “hear no, see no, speak no” fashion on his left forearm, Chinese lettering on his neck and on his right forearm.

Furlotte is serving a two-year, five-month and two-day sentence for convictions of three counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime – under $5000 and failing to comply with an order.

“Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect,” police stated in the release.
